Katy Parker, who opened the firm’s Wilmington office, moved to Washington, D.C. in July 2016 after her husband, a long-serving U.S. Marine, received transfer orders to the nation’s capital. Katy’s work as legal director for the ACLU of North Carolina and during her tenure with Tin Fulton Walker & Owen sought justice and equality for all. The firm wishes Katy and her family good luck and thanks them for all of the important work they do.
